[Harc] Potential PSPS in nearish counties midweek

Via Twitter, PG&E said it is monitoring weather conditions for a potential PSPS midweek in the Sierra Foothills, North Valley and North Bay.  We've seen these "potential areas" spread in the past.  Could be a good time to get a jump on any preparations you might need.
