[Harc] emergency frequencies during outage

What button on the ft8800 Yaseu is the "I" button you mention?  Sherry is
on the console (and a General) but doesn't know.  I am just a rookie so
thats my excuse.  I know its just a button but I don't recall which one it
is.  Thanks
