[Harc] Windows 10 update problems

On Monday's net, it was mentioned that Windows 10 users were having problems with a certain update wiping their system drive.  I had read about this on a number of forums, where it was discussed as a Windows rebuild and repair update for those wanting to rebuild rather than reinstall Windows 10.
