 At last night's on-the-air HARC meeting I mentioned the following invitatoin.  Greg Water, who is the Program Coordinator for Humboldt OES, is presenting for and mentoring three members through the Emergency Communications-001 course.  He has invited all HARC members to listen in on the next zoom meeting(8/10, 2000-2130Lish).  He is hoping this will stir some interest in members joining the next class (date yet to be determined). PLEASE FORWARD: Humboldt County CERT or amateur radio operators interested in emergency communications may join the zoom meeting, you do not have to register. 
 
I will be reviewing section 1: “The Framework how you fit in” and then go over Section 2: “The Networks”.

Key Points:
    
   - You do not have to have an amateur radio licenses to take the course, but it does help
   - This course is a nationally recognized emergency communication course.
   - The questions at the end of each section are theEXACT same questions on the final exam.
   - Exam is 35 questions from question pool, $15 to take exam
