"the host has another meeting in progress"
In my experience, this means that whoever (at that same location) had a zoom meeting they forgot to sign out of or end, and that computer, part of a network of computers, is still running that zoom session, which blocks anyone else at that location from starting a zoom meeting or anyone from the outside with an invitation to join the meeting. This doesn't happen with a home account (free account) because Zoom puts a time limit on free meetings. Only for paid version accounts can you leave a session open 24/7 (mostly only corporate or gov.t locations, where they might have a computer in the conference room running a session all day during covid). The Listos meeting this morning has been that way since 9:45, so probably is not going to happen today. Ok, just checked again, still says the host has another meeting in progress.
