[Harc] HARC Safety Vest

At last week's HARC business meeting we discussed getting safety vests 
with the HARC logo etc screened on front/backto improve the uniformity 
of our appearance at public events.  It think that is a good idea.  A 
range of vests were shown, ranging from a flimsy minimalist but 
inexpensive one at about $10 to a full-featured surveyors vest at about 
$50.  I would like to share information about a vest I purchased several 
weeks ago which seems to be well made, and has plenty of pockets and mic
