[Harc] correction: wrong date

I have no idea how I typed "June 17" that appeared on my announcement sent Tuesday the 10th.  I must have had June on my mind.  It's 5 days from now, and it's November.  The following is correct:

There will be a workshop about Winlink on November 17 at 7PM on Zoom.  Further announcements and the Zoom invitation will be sent via the HARC email list.
