[Harc] Winlink Wednesday

For those that participate in Winlink Wednesday, I am expanding the
scheduled time for the VARA FM P2P session. It will start at 4pm today on
146.460 and continue until 530pm. I will then switch to VARA HF P2P on 3565
kHz dial frequency for the remainder of the evening. If you cannot make a
P2P connection, please send your check in through any Winlink node. I
received 2 successful P2P messages this morning on 80 meters.
