[Harc] digital software

Hi.  I want to try PSK31.  I read about several software packages, and
installed Digipan.  It looks great, is easy to understand, etc... But, it
won't talk to my sound card properly in Windows 10, and I now read that it
cannot use the CAT codes to communicate with my receiver (anyone know if
that's true?)
I have looked at several others, that are recommended by various authors,
but they don't look as though they're maintained.  The latest MixW version
is from 2017, for instance.
Does everyone use the HRD package?
