[Harc] draft minutes from August 6th meeting

Hi.
Attached are my draft minutes from our last meeting.
Please read them, and respond with corrections or questions.  Please 
note the text in red, which inidicates remaining confusion on my part 
about what was said/decided.  If you can clarify any of the red items 
for me, I will appreciate it.
I have included an appendix page, listing known events and contacts for 
the year.  Please note those that are soon to happen, and contact the 
appropriate person for more information. I do not know who the contact 
is for the horse ride(s).
The final minutes, after approval at our September meeting, will be 
emailed with the Treasurer's Report for the month of August.
