[Harc] my winlink gateway

Hi, y'all.

So, I think I have my VARA FM and VARA HF Winlink gateway up and running.
I say "think" because I painted myself into a corner - my HF rig is now 
connected to my mini-pc running the gateway, and I can't both send to 
and test the gateway without another transceiver.
Take my advice, and don't be tempted to start a gateway.

Anyway, if some of you can test my setup, I'd greatly appreciate it.  In 
the meantime, I need to start shopping for another radio.

Once I'm sure it's working on VARA, I will figure out how to add ARDOP.
