[Harc] Treasurer's report

Hello All.

I have attached the treasurer's report for the month of October, 2025. 

Please note that the CD's term is up tomorrow.  With the agreement of the rest of the board, I have instructed Coast Central to add $1,000 to it and reinvest it for another 6 months.

Early withdrawal penalties are one month's earnings ($20-ish) so it really is available if we need it.

If you have any questions, you can send them to me or ask at the meeting.  With the predicted weather, I'll probably be on Zoom.
