[Harc] Humboldt Hill?

Hi all,
Last Sunday I participated in the 8 pm net on Humboldt Hill and was heard well. The rest of the week listening heard nothing. Tonight I got nothing on HH but heard all on Horse Mtn. They couldn't hear me though on my HT in Westhaven. Are there problems with Humboldt Hill repeater?
