[Harc] Get Out and Play Day

I'm confused.  This was announced on Monday and Wednesday, then Thursday, someone said it was cancelled.  Now it looks like it is back on.  I saw a commercial for it last night during the news, so GOAPD isn't cancelled.  Maybe just our participation?  Or ?
