[Harc] Extra Class

Hi Richard:

I was informed Friday that our testing site, Humboldt Bay Fire in Eureka,
has canceled the use of their facility for two weeks due to COVID-19
concerns.

I am sorry there will be no Amateur Radio tests given on March 21.

Check next month for status of testing at the Fortuna Volunteer Fire
Station on Fortuna Blvd.
That would be on the 3rd Saturday of April, at 10:00am.
