[Harc] Monday night net

I am interested in leading the Monday night net. Please let me know if
there is an opportunity to do so and what I should do next.

I would also like to officially join HARC. I see the HARC registration page
is currently disabled.

Please let me know if any of the members need anything during this
difficult time. I may be able to help.
