[Harc] program update

HARC members:

HARC monthly program/workshops are now on Zoom during the pandemic.

Starting in November, workshops will be on the 3rd TUESDAY of the month. Here is a short schedule:

November 2020: Workshop on Tuesday, November 17, 7PM on Zoom.
December 2020: NO workshop in December.
January 2021: Workshop on Tuesday, January 19, 7PM on Zoom.

Workshops will be announced in advance on the air and on the email list, and Zoom invitations will be sent out on the email list.
