[Harc] HARC Workshop tonight

April's Workshop will be IN PERSON outside.  Anthony will do an orientation of the Comm Trailer.  This will happen on Tuesday, 4/20 at 1900hrs at these coordinates.  40.80887, -124.16007.  The location, which is in Eureka will be announced at 1845 on the HARC/Muni repeater.
