[Harc] August HARC Meeting Details

Hello All,  Even with the rise in Covid cases locally, Ben and I have decided to run the monthly business meeting IN PERSON again.  We will all follow standard protocols that we have learned so well.  HOWEVER, we will be trying something new and having the meeting at the MURRAY FIELD AIRPORT parking lot.  So recap,
