[Harc] Details - On-Air Drill Sat Feb 20

This week’s drill will involve participants composing a short (~10 word) message that includes the names of two of the participants parents or grandparents.  The purpose is to use names unfamiliar to the NCS.  This may require spelling out the name.  Health and Welfare is a good format for this drill.  Again, the drill allows us to practice sending and copying messages word-for-word.  The attached document describes the general procedure for this series of message handling drills.
