[Harc] 2023 Rhododendron Parade - Help Needed

I’m still looking for additional help with the 2023 Rhoady Parade.  The
parade starts at 1000 and we will be meeting at 0845 at Eureka Police
Department on C St.

Everyone will need to be at their post at 0930 and the parade generally
lasts for about an hour and a half.

We will be using HARC repeater.
