[Harc] Monday UHF Emergency Net

Well, fellow HAMS,

I got out of being involved in the Monday evening event I mentioned earlier this week. So, I will not need someone to take my place as I mentioned in the earlier email. I'll be able to be NCS. No stand in needed.

However, if you are ever interested in taking a Monday evening or two, you are very welcome to be a guest NCS in the future.

(I will be gone in the beginning of January and at the end of March--so I'll need help then.)
