[Harc] 2023 minutes

Hello Seer.

I'm gathering all the info I can with respect to the 2023 financial activity, and believe the club minutes for that year may be helpful.

I went to the web site, and can see your cover letter with the minutes, but the link does not work for me, at least for January 2023.

Could you please send me copies of the minutes from that year?
