[Harc] PolyWatch

Thanks to W6IES for posting this recommendation. I tried PolyWatch on my 
old mobile rig's badly scratched face plate. After about 15 min.s of 
polishing (I repeated the procedure 5 times) I was delighted to see the 
old screen all shiny and clear again. That old Kenwood D700 has outlived 
my last 3 pick-ups and had all the scratches on the detachable front 
panel to show for it. Looks great once again now.
