Here are my draft minutes from our recent meeting.  As always, if you 
attended this meeting, please review this draft and offer corrections & 
comments.
Attached are:

    - Draft minutes.
    - Richard's financial statements for May & June (I forgot to include
    the May statement with my recent email of the June minutes).  I will
    also attach Richard's statement for June, when I send the approved
    July minutes.
    -Dave's pdf of his presentation on digital radio modes.
    - Cliff's pdf(s) of his ODART participation.  I have not included
    his photos.  Both his pdf(s) and photos were shared by him earlier,
    and his photos might push this email over some ISP size limits.

I had to remove Dave's and Cliff's presentations.  HARC would not allow 
an email more than 4MB
