[Harc] the two local VHF Winlink gateways are not functional this morning.

I'm troubleshooting my VHF Winlink Gateway, but don't know what is 
wrong, yet.
There was a Windows update pending, so I allowed that update, thinking 
it was the problem.
However, after that update, the problem persists.
It's always frustrating, trying to solve these kinds of puzzles, but I 
will keep at it.
My HF gateway is still working fine.
