Hi.
I have both VARA FM & FM Packet working on my 145.630 FM gateway.
I may have VARA HF working.  If one of you could test it today or tomorrow, that'd be great.  If not, I will break out my portable HF radio and antenna and try it myself.

What went wrong?
When Windows did an update, somehow it changed the way startup programs work, and I was getting two copies of VARA HF, and two copies of VARA FM.  One copy of each was running in the foreground, talking to my software and looking good.  The other copies were running in the background, and talking to the radios!
It felt good to solve this --- after it was over.  During the troubleshooting, I lost a lot of sleep and hair, and scared my poor dogs with lots of loud cursing.
