[Harc] Treadurer's reports

Hello members.

I've attached two files reflecting the finances of the club.

The first one is the August Reconciliation as was read at the September meeting.

The second is the required annual report for the club funds.  

Please note that the majority of the "other expenses" reflects $375 paid for field day rents over the year.
