[Harc] BEACON POCs

Hello all,
Sorry to spam the list, but I'm working on identifying who the points of contact are for groups in Humboldt that are participating in the BEACON exercise. I have David Boyd for the POC for the Arcata CERT, but I'm not certain about the Eureka CERT, or any other preparedness groups that are participating.

Gene and/or Friday, do you have an operating location and POC? Any other notes you'd like to add?
