[Harc] Kinetic Grand Championship 2026

This year's race is May 23-25, Sat-Mon, with a pre-race meeting on Thu May
21.  Let me know if you'd like to volunteer this year, and if so, where and
when you prefer to work.  You can find the rules, map and other info at
https://kineticgrandchampionship.com/racers.  Feel free to contact me if
you have any questions.  (If you volunteered last year, you should have
already received an invitation from me for 2026.)

Please note that in order to participate you must register at
https://kineticgrandchampionship.app.neoncrm.com/forms/26.  This is a firm
requirement, and Jen-O checks my ham list to make sure that everyone has
registered.
