Hi, everyone.  I hope your new year is off to a great start!
Attached are:
     - the Final approved minutes of our November meeting.
     - draft minutes of our December meeting.
As always, if you were present at the last meeting, PLEASE review my 
minutes for errors or omissions.
Especially, I'd appreciate your help in addressing those parts of the 
minutes in red text, as that indicates questions on my part.
