[Harc] Winter Field Day CORRECTION

So stupid me and stupid Google AI have misrepresented a portion of the 
rules for WFD. Any contact that is a "voice" will be a Phone contact 
even if it is Digital. I had to reread the rules.

This is wrong: "So, an FM and a D-Star 2M contact with say, KE6WLI would 
count as two contacts."
Sorry Scott, we will just have to try the D-Star image feature on our 
Icom radios on 2m.
