Jaye
With my Yaesu mobile rig connected to a 6 foot vertical on the roof, I'm
hearing a pulsing signal just breaking squelch at 147.215. Meter shows 2 to
3 bars of signal strength. My QTH is near the Moose Lodge in Cutten.

Jaye,
I checked the vhf transceiver and do not hear anything at 147.250. I also
check it with an SDR receiver and the closest signal I see is a strong
intermittent digital signal at 151.070.
