[Harc] noise signal at 147.250MHz

[Howard, KB6NN]

Not detectable on FM, but on AM (sideband), medium signal broadband noise hum carrier with the noise bands about 1k to 1500k away from the carrier.  Can't rotate the omini, so can't give you a heading.
