[Harc] noise signal at 147.250MHz

Jaye and group,
I just (Tuesday, 1300 hrs) saw your email regarding noise at 147.250 mhz.
I tuned there using the xverter in the K3, which allowed me the view the
spectrum on the panadapter.  Nothing there.
