[Harc] Tsunami Siren Test Sign Up Part 2

Thank you to all the members who have signed up for the County Tsunami Siren Test.  If you're on the fence I really want to encourage you to jump in.  The Office of Emergency Services is putting together a full blown Incident Action Plan (IAP) for us.  It's a very formal multi-page document that includes maps, comms plans, assignments, etc, all in ICS fashion.  It will even be downloadble into your phone via a QR code if you're into that.  You won't want to miss all this.
