[Harc] Volunteers Needed Saturday Oct 7, 2023

We are still looking for volunteers to help out with this year's Bear River
Rancheria event, Taco Fest!  See attached for more information.  If you
would like to help out, please let me know by email, phone or text.  Bear
River is donating $5k to allocate towards the buildout of the 20ft
communications trailer.  The trailer will be made available for local
groups (including HARC) to use during the events or emergency response.
You do not need an amateur license to participate in this volunteer
opportunity.
