Humboldt Bay, in the Summer at high tide, when the bait fish are in.  
Amazing feeding frenzy: pelicans dive bombing; terns, loons, gulls, 
cormorants, splashing about; harbor seals bobbing and feasting; life in 
all its glory, everywhere.
