Hello,
I second Kevin's suggestion. I would love to take this training locally.

I just finished the Saturday session of this training. Very good training which could be helpful in our area given our weather conditions.
Howard, this would be a great workshop topic. The presenters were open to doing club presentations if we couldn't get our local NWS office to put one together.

Thanks. Just got back home a few minutes ago. I don't usually check my email except at home at my computer, so I am just now getting this. I wonder if the NWS event collided with the EC=001 Zoom class tonight, or the HARCnet. Some day, I might be able to be in more than one place at a time, but for now, it is what it is...

This training is located in central valley but does give a general understanding of the purpose, basic meteorology terms and explanations, and goal of SKYWARN spotters. I have the blessing from Fresno County ARES/RACES EC to push this to as many groups that are interested. Please forward to your groups.
