[Harc] M365 invites delayed

It appears that when I did a mass import into Microsoft365, it didn't
trigger the invites to be sent.

I need to go to work, but this afternoon I will send everyone an
individual email with your username and password. I'll be sending this from
my new address, KM6MWO at humboldt-arc.org, so be on the lookout for it.

It might be 5 or 6pm before I have time to send these messages, so sorry
for the delay.
