[Harc] HARC minutes

Hi Friday,
The note about Humboldt Hot Air is that they are looking for an alternative
power supply for emergencies/power outages to keep the station running.
They asked if I would seek input from HARC and at the last meeting I think
we decided that I would send an email to the reflector when/if the radio
station wants support on this project. For now they're committee is still
brainstorming and fundraising for the upgrade so we'll wait and see. If
anyone is particularly interested in this project I would be happy to
forward your contact to that committee.
