[Harc] 3D printed custom Lanyards

I know this isn’t the logo currently in use but wanted to share it anyway.
Jim and I were sharing some ideas back and forth.  His suggestion for this
particular one was to make the callsign larger and above the logo.  I
recall him saying the original logo file was MIA.
